1We will go over your client’s investment and financial needs in order to find the best product for them. We are licensed with dozens of companies that have hundreds of products. There is no need for you to know the ins and outs on all of these products, let us filter through the bad products so that you are only selling the cream of the crop. We will discuss the bullet points with you so you can educate your clients about the highlights of each product that may be best for them.
2The biggest and most important step of the process – closing business! We want to do whatever we can to help you close more business, which includes actually going on the appointment. Many of our reps have found this extremely beneficial and feel they are closing more business as they tell the client they brought an expert from the insurance company to make sure they get the absolute best!! Regardless, we will make sure you are completely prepared with all the necessary forms, materials and quotes/illustrations. We also have a library of other resources at your disposal, such as PowerPoint presentations, charts, graphs, and we can customize or create any new material you may want. We put this material together to show your client the truth about certain investments and why this product is the absolute best way to solve their financial needs.
3Once business is closed and an application is submitted, Star Capital Annuity takes over to make sure that there is no bump in the road. Before we send the application into the insurance company we will make sure it is filled out correctly and that there is no missing information. We then process the application and send it overnight to the company that same day. Once it is in the insurance company’s hands we will do several follow up calls every week to make sure there are no outstanding requirements and that the company processes your business in a timely manner. We will keep you informed every step of the way so that you know exactly what is transpiring. Once we receive word of the policy issuing we will let you know when you will receive the policy so you can set up an appointment with your client to deliver the contract. We will also let you know when to expect your commissions. The good news is that in working with Star Capital Annuity you will be receiving the FULL street level commission!!
4One last thing we do is to help you stay on top of your maturing policies. We schedule calls 2 months ahead of all maturity dates to give you all the info you need to show your client’s why it may be beneficial to move their annuity to another carrier with better rates – and help you earn another commission in the process!
